可移动的浮空城的概念确实是一个亮点，非常浪漫。然后推力浮力使用的又是巨大的风帆/桨叶/气球，就很蒸汽朋克。整体画面/HUD/图标又有很像画卷，和游戏的整体意境非常和谐

工作室经费肉眼可见地不足，但好在没亏待美术资源。场景、战斗特效华丽精致，充满着独特的风味，以抹煞、花瓣、金色线条特效为主题贯穿游戏。场景布局华丽，到我经常想，你这场景就用一次要花这么大笔墨吗，的程度。让人不禁想起，法兰西的标签，除了抽象的举白旗之外，还有浓厚的艺术底蕴以及浪漫情怀。

很清新很可爱。虽然游戏标题是冥界，但是是一个非传统黑暗风格的“冥界”，整体风格完全没有阴森的感觉，很柔和。各种灵魂动物各有各的灵性，森林、山巅、下水道等各种地图环境表现也各具特色。几个Boss的外形设计反倒让我想起了茶杯头（但肯定没有茶杯头那么牛就是了）

无可挑剔。这作的天马行空，在画面的表现上亦是如此。游戏能非常好地拿捏奇幻场景和科幻场景，沙漠、丛林、古堡、赛博朋克、空间站甚至是太空，还有濒临死亡的恒星。除此之外还有很多令人啼笑皆非的场景，点名变成两只猪进入农场和变成牙齿进入糖果巧克力的世界，#查询工作室的精神状态。

画面的进步带来的是更优秀的沉浸感，耳目一新的感觉。这个是最直观的感受，水面纹理也好、建筑摧毁的动画也好，都得到了加强（巨型投石机展开有动画了！尽管是ppt）。尽管在寻路上还是经典的八方向，但是单位模型有的却是3D，很棒。战役过场的立绘也重做了，很新。本来期待着，不说多精致，至少每个民族都能有独立建筑外观，结果是我想多了...

画面相当就有冲击力，无论是尸横遍野的战场还是看似宁静的小镇还是腐化的教堂。 相当不错的画面表现力，对于游戏所追求的沉浸感而言至关重要。游戏中多次出现的老鼠、乌鸦、战争与杀戮、血液、尸体、扭曲的藤蔓等要素都带来了相当好的观感。
